“The majority of the Mindanaoan particularly coming from Zamboanga are looking on the long term benefits of the imposition of Martial Law because ever since, this has always been what we call the Mindanao problem. Maraming interventions, maraming experiment na nangyari and everything is a failed experiment. We look at it more on the restoration of law and order in the island. And as far as the stability and security that will also resonate in the next few months, hopefully and that is where real investment will be coming here to Mindanao,” pahayag ni Soliven.
